Manufacturing preparation

Preparing the production consists in establishing all the details of construction products launched in manufacturing, drawing plans or operations file technologies, purchasing machinery, tools, and checking devices, as well as raw materials and materials for the implementation of the product.

To manufacture the doors and windows stratified we have been developed details of the execution thereof, have established benchmarks components, subassemblies, ansamblele and all necessary materials, with their characteristics.

In the case of new products the manufacturing process begins only after the execution of prototypes and verification of their parameters for determining functional requirement.

Joinery for doors and windows occurs on a line with modern technological equipment debit machines, pressed, calibrated, etc., thus ensuring full compliance of the technology.

Phases of the manufacturing process are:

• making stratified wood boards:
  • drying timber up to 7-10%
  • storage timber
  • cutting the timber with multiple blades
  • rouding the edges
  • milling the edges
  • making stratified timber
• procesing stratified timber:
  • milling the stratified timber to obtain the proper tickness
  • milling the timber heads
  • sticking frames
  • polishing in two stages with the grit abrasive paper
  • cauterization
  • primering
  • polishing
  • lacquering
  • general control, cleaning, protecting the finished products in plastic foil

Storage is done by categories of items in special areas, closed, dry, ventilated, out of strong light. Items are stored upright on the pegs to ensure a minimum distance of 25 cm from the floor and walls.

Quality control is made all over the phases of the manufacturing process.

Internal quality control is done on the basis of our own processes integrated system of quality management. We have implemented a quality management system ISO 9001-2000.
