Doors

The doors produced by SC THESO LLC are made of oak wood or resinous (spruce, pine) that includes windowed panels (Low-E glass) or opaque panels in the case doors. The joinery is made up of fixed parts (heels) and mobile parts. The items are made in shapes and sizes made by request.

The maximum dimensions of joinery (width x height) that can be achieved are:

Exterior doors

(1300 mm x 2400 mm) with the usual opening to the interior or exterior.

Exterior doors

(1300 mm x 2400 mm) with the usual opening and vertical opening to the interior or exterior.

Interior doors

(1300 mm x 2400 mm) with the usual opening.

Doors may have one or more combinations of fixed and mobile parts.
For heights greater than the maximum outlined above, the items are made with two parts.

The components of doors are:

• timber made of three layers of wood of the same essence (resinous, oak) with procesing humidity at 7-10%.
  The doors have 67mm section and 125mm widht.
  Layers are so arranged that it be avoided inconvoierea to variations in moisture.
  The board edges ara rounded.
  We use D3 si D4 glue type for boards sticking.
• glazing 4-16-4 low e argon filled double glazing fitted, as standard, giving a centre pane value of under 1.8 W/m2K. The glasses are made in Hungary.
  
• opaque panels - two tipes of opaque panels - for indoors and outdoors.
• normal glass of float glass with thickness of 4 or 6 mm, embedded in door frame.
• rubbes armatures made in Italy and trade by S.C EUROWOOD SRL Iasi.
• wood boards for attaching to the fillings inside.
• aluminum trickling - Aluminum profile is provided with slot 4 x 30 mm, interax distance of 300 mm to eliminate rainwater and are mounted in the channel on machines lower traverse. aluminum trickling are made in Italy.
• handles – are imported from Austria.
• finishing Fully finished with micro-porous high performance paint or translucent stain with UV protection. All finishes are tested under severe conditions to ensure extremely long outdoor resistance and low maintenance.
